Indian Express says that the famous Pali Hill house that used to belong to the late, legendary actor Dilip Kumar will soon be torn down. The family of the artist has agreed to the removal, and a high-end housing project will be built on the same land. On the ground floor of the 11-story apartment building, there will be a museum about Dilip Kumar and his long and successful career.
Ashar Group, a real estate company, has worked with Dilip Kumar's family on this project. The plot is half an acre, and the project will use 1.75 lakh square feet of building space. A court dispute about the bungalow went on for several years, but in 2017, the keys were finally given back to Dilip Kumar's family and the case was closed.
