Aamir Khan and Kiara Advani appear in an advertisement for change in which Kiara becomes Aamir's wife and transforms him into a "ghar jamai." Vijay Agnihotri, the director of The Kashmir Files, was one of several who found the moderate ad irritating. The director accuses the actors and makers of being anti-Hindu for participating in this promotion. He believes the actors are mocking Hindu culture by portraying Kiara and Aamir as Hindu bride and groom. The Kashmiri Files director chose the performers for the anti-Hindu advertisement on Twitter.
