A Twitter user posted a picture of Urvashi's old bio and said it was strange that she said she went to IIT. Trolls jumped on the tweet right away and called out the star for what they thought was a clear lie. Some people made jokes about other ways to read "IIT," like "Indian Institute of Television" or "Indore Institute of Tech Kids."
Others just asked, "Which IIT is in Dehradun?" to show that they were confused. Users' comments went from harsh criticism to not caring at all. while others said, "It doesn't matter; she's hot." Some people even found the situation funny and said that if Urvashi could say she was from IIT, then they too could do anything.
Urvashi Rautela talked about being an IITian at an event in the past. She said that she has a degree in science and that she passed the IIT entrance test. She wanted to be an aeronautical engineer at first, and she was getting ready for the IAS test. But her life took a different turn when she started modelling and ended up in the Miss Universe contest. She made her first movie appearance in ‘Singh Saab the Great’ with Sunny Deol and Amrita Rao.
