The entertainment industry has been startled by the loss of Punjabi artist Sidhu Moose Wala, and another well-known singer, Mika Singh, has voiced his grief. Several celebrities expressed their condolences to Sidhu Moose Wala shortly after his death in Punjab, and Mika Singh did the same with a heartfelt statement.

Mika shared a photo of himself with the late singer on his Instagram handle. Sharing the picture, he wrote the caption, "I always say I’m proud to be Punjabi but today I feel shame to be saying the same. A young talented boy just 28 years old, so popular and with such a bright future ahead of him sidhu_moosewala killed in Punjab by Punjabis. May God bless his soul and he rest in eternal peace. My prayers are with his family. Request to #Punjabsarkar please take strong action against these criminals. Heartbreaking."

He also posted a video of himself and the deceased singer. Mika and Sidhu are seen sitting together with a few others in the video, which was presumably shot in a restaurant. Before they sign off, Mika can be seen introducing Sidhu and then presenting him with an award.

Sidhu, a Punjabi singer, and Congress leader, was shot late Sunday in Mansa, Punjab, and was pronounced dead at the hospital. According to sources, the event occurred a day after his security was withdrawn by the Punjab police, along with 424 others.
