'UT69' marks the Bollywood debut of Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra. The film is based on his real experiences in Arthur Road Jail. Raj was arrested in pornography related case in July 2021 and stayed behind the bars for two months until he was granted bail in Sep 2021. The film will showcase his struggles and pain while in jail.
