Arjun Kapoor received a lovely surprise from his co-star Tara Sutaria. The two starred in the recently released film ‘Ek Villain Returns’ alongside Disha Patani and John Abraham. The film was released on the 29th of July and has received much praise from the audience. The film was a successor to the 2014 film ‘Ek Villain’ starring Siddharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh. The film was backed by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar under the banners Balaji Motion Pictures and T-Series.
Coming to the surprise, Tara prepared Parsi delicacies for Arjun and his sister Anshula Kapoor. Arjun took to his social media to share the moment capturing the dish and the sweet note Tara sent along with the food. Arjun captioned the image, “Chef Sutaria has killed it with her hidden skills!”. It wasn't long before Tara reposted Arjun’s story and wrote, “Cooked with (heart emoji) for your guys.” Anshula Kapoor also shared her thoughts on this sweet surprise Tara sent writing, “The best dhansak we’ve had. Thank youuu tarasutaria! arjunkapoor and I are in yummy food heaven”. Tara was prompt to reply, “Eat well and nap after!!!”.
In Anshula’s post fans and followers could see the sweet note Tara sent along with the food which read, “Dearest Arjun and Anshula, I know you love food as much as we do in our home, so here’s some Parsi mutton dhaasak & my special recipe of Moroccan mint chicken that I cooked myself. Eat well!!! Arjun, eat slowly". The two actors had collaborated for the first time in ‘Ek Villain Returns’. Looking at their off-screen friendship the duo may choose to work together again.
Arjun, on the work front, has ‘The Lady Killer’ alongside Bhumika Pednekar. Followed by ‘Kuttey’ by Aasmaan Bhardwaj alongside Tabu, Konkona Sen Sharma, Radhika Madan, Naseeruddin Shah and Kumud Mishra.
