Taapsee Pannu Engaged In Fun Banter With Fan Over 'Shadi Kab Karoge' During Her "Ask Me Anything" Session

When a certain netizen questioned the Pink actress about her marriage, she responded in a way that made heads turn.

One Instagram user asked Taapsee the question 'shadi kab karoge' (when are you getting married) during her "ask me anything" session on July 17, 2023. The actress started laughing at this. Then she responded, “So when am I getting married? I am not pregnant yet. So not anytime soon. I will let you all know.”

She burst out laughing once more, signalling that she was only kidding. On social media, the actress's reaction to the query has gone viral. Although the response was obviously meant as a jest, social media users think the actress was making fun of Alia Bhatt for being pregnant outside of marriage.

A fan also questioned Taapsee about her upcoming Tamil movie during the same session. The actress stated that she is now filming the upcoming Tamil film 'Alien.' While talking about the film, she said, “There isn’t much I can say about it, but it is a high-concept film. Those who enjoyed Game Over will definitely appreciate it.” She further stressed that although the character is significantly different from what she has been doing, she is not portraying an alien.
