Sunny deol has been enjoying all the success and praise for his new movie ‘Gadar 2’. But amidst all that he has landed into a series of negative publicity with his upscale villa in Juhu, Mumbai. Reports surfaced that the villa was to be auctioned off by Bank of Baroda to recover a loan which the actor reportedly failed to pay back.
The Gadar 2 actor has now commented on the news saying that this is his ‘personal matter’ and does not wish to speak out in public about it.

He says to ANI, “I do not want to comment. These are personal matters. Main kuch bhi bolunga, log ghhalat matlab nikalenge” (Whatever I will say, people will interpret it wrong).
Sunny Deol’s juhu villa was put on auction on august 20 for reimbursing his loan amount and the interest. Later, bank of baroda withdrew the e-auction notice citing ‘technical reasons.’

The villa is named ‘Sunny Villa’ and is located in Gandhigram Road, Juhu on an area of 599.44 square meters on land bearing Survey No. 41 Hissa No 5 (Pt) CTS No. 173 of Village Juhu Taluka Andheri, Mumbai Suburban District.
