SRK finishes Mumbai schedule of Dunki; to head to London & Budapest in July for next leg
As per latest reports, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has wrapped up the Mumbai schedule of Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki (2023). He will be soon heading abroad for the international schedule of the project, which will take place in London and Budapest.
A publication report has stated that SRK completed the Mumbai schedule recently, which had begun in April 2022. He is all set to resume the extensive shoot abroad next month. However, dates for the international schedule are yet to be finalised.
Noteworthy, Dunki also stars Taapsee Pannu as the leading lady opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The film is directed by Rajkumar Hirani who had earlier wanted to cast SRK in Munna Bhai MBBS (2003). However, things couldn't materialise and the film went to Sanjay Dutt.
After several years, SRK and Hirani are coming together for Dunki which is backed by Khan's Red Chilies Entertainment. The film will be released in cinemas on 22 December 2023
Apart from Dunki, the superstar will also be seen in Siddharth Anand’s Pathaan (2023) and alongside Nayanthara in Jawan (2023), directed by Atlee.
Pathaan, in which SRK reportedly plays the role of a RAW agent, also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. It is scheduled to hit cinemas on January 25, 2023.
