Sonam obtained Rs 32.5 crore for the third-floor residence in Mumbai's Signature Island. The reported price she paid for the apartment in 2015 varies, with estimates ranging from Rs 17 crore to Rs 31 crore. The house has a built-up size of 5,533 square feet, and the new owner will receive space for four vehicles, according to the documentation that Squarefeet India has obtained.
The Neerja actor has a stunning home and office in Notting Hill, London. She previously said to an architecture magazine that "it needs to look magnificent and it has to be comfy" is her design guiding principle for the London property.
Vayu, Sonam's kid, was born on August 20 of last year. She frequently posts his photos on social media for her family to see.
