On Saturday, Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja welcomed a boy into the world. Soon after, a fashion magazine released the actress' cover photo from her most recent photo shoot, in which she was posing while sporting an unbuttoned top. Sonam had talked about her ideas on motherhood before the birth of her child.

Sonam can be seen in the photo caressing her growing baby bump and grinning for the camera while wearing barely any makeup. A few weeks before her delivery, the actor had flown in from London.

In a recent interview, the Raanjhanaa (2013) spoke candidly about her choice to have children. She said, “Priorities do change and I think that the child will become mine. The truth of the matter is that they didn’t choose to come into this world. You decided to bring them here, so it’s a very selfish decision.”

It is only the beginning, but we know our lives have forever changed. Sonam and Anand."

On the professional front, Sonam Kapoor has taken a break from acting since the release of AK vs. AK (2020), in which she played herself. She has previously been in The Zoya Factor (2019) and will next be featured in the OTT crime thriller Blind.
