Recently, Papon, a well-known musician, was admitted to Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. The folk-fusion artist issued a Twitter post on Friday informing his followers that he was ill. He also spoke of his 13-year-old son's decision to spend the night at the hospital by his side.
Singer Papon informed his followers on Twitter that he had been admitted to the hospital. He also said how moved he was when his 13-year-old son decided to stand by his side and take care of him.
He wrote a touching message for his son on Twitter. It is readable, "We all fight these small battles alone. I don’t personally like posting these incidents on social media. But last night was different. It was for the first time, my little boy who is all of 13 opted to be the night attendant at the hospital."
His next post read, "It’s a emotional moment and I wanted to share with my friends and well wishers. I remember all those times I used to do this for my parents. I wish they were around to witness their grandson Puhor taking his turn already.”
He continued by telling his followers that his recovery is going quite well.
Papon has a close relationship with his son and his family. He organised a special journey to Doha to treat his kid to the World Cup 2022 game in honour of Puhor's 13th birthday.
Papon commented alongside a succession of pictures from the journey, "Memories forever! A father and son trip to watch the Fifa World Cup 2022 Semi Finals and to watch Messi play!”
