Singer K K is no more; fans disheartened as they mourn loss
The music industry has once again lost a legendary artist and a gold hearted human. Krishnakumar Kunnath, fondly known as KK lost his life at the age of 53 on May 31 due to cardiac arrest. The singer who gave classic hits like Pal, Khuda Jaane, Dil Ibaadat among others is no more with us and it’s hard to believe.
Reportedly, the singer was at a concert in Kolkata and fell sick while performing at Nazrul Manch in Kolkata. Fans and the entire country are undoubtedly saddened by this tragic news. As soon as the news broke out Twitter got flooded with tweets shared by his fans to express their disbelief and grief at his sudden demise.
A fan tweeted, “Singer KK no more, plz god be kind.” Another user wrote, “Death is so freaking uncertain. Singer KK’s death while performing live reminds me of APJ Abdul Kalam’s death while giving speech. RIP.” A user also expressed their shock and wrote, “A beautiful soul has left the world so soon after gifting his soulful voice to the world. Will be in my heart forever.”

For the unversed, K K began his career in 1999 with his first album Pal which is still relevant and remains an all-time favorite among music lovers in the country. The singer has also given some of his best songs in various films and was the most loved artist in the country and will continue to be.
