Sidharth Malhotra, a Bollywood actor, talks about working on the film "Thank God," which also stars Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh. According to him, the tale emphasises the idea of "karma" and the proverb "as you sow, so shall you reap."
“I think like how in India we believe in Karma and as the saying goes ‘Jaisi karni waisi bharni’ (as you sow, so you shall reap), this mantra has been effectively portrayed in the film," he remarked.
Kapil doesn't agree with this idea, Ajay Devgn added to the conversation.
The film is based on a flawed individual who wishes to advance from the lower middle class to the upper middle class and beyond, and what steps he takes to get there, according to Sidharth Malhotra, who went on to further describe the entire concept behind the movie.
"Amid all of this, he has an accident, ascends, and meets Chitragupta who, after playing a game, decides whether he will go to heaven or hell. I really liked the character and idea that Indra Sir conveyed, and I think he did it in a humorous way. According to Sidharth Malhotra, this family comedy is ideal for Diwali.
To promote their movie "Thank God," Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra, Rakul Preet Singh, and director Indra Kumar visited the "The Kapil Sharma Show" set.
