Shahrukh Khan REVEALS that he stopped working for Suhana Khan; here’s what he said!

While daughter Suhana Khan is getting ready to make her film debut in 2023, Shah Rukh Khan is getting ready to make his big-screen comeback after four years. When Suhana moved to the US, Shah Rukh admitted recently that he decided not to take any jobs since he believed she would feel lonely and wanted him to come along. On Thursday, he discussed a similar topic outside of the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

SHAH RUKH KHAN REVEALS ABOUT HIS WORK

Suhana Khan is a member of the ensemble cast in Zoya Akhtar's The Archies, which is scheduled for release on Netflix at some point in 2023. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in his January theatrical release, Pathaan.

In an interview, Shah Rukh stated: “She did not call me. Even though I didn't sign any films, I kept hoping that she would call. She asked me why I wasn't working until I contacted her one day and said, "Listen, may I start working now?" I then remarked, "I figured you'd phone me and be lonely in New York."

Suhana shifted from the UK to the US in order to enroll in a New York University film studies course. She participated in The Archies filming this year and has recently made a number of glamorous appearances in Mumbai at Diwali parties and movie premieres. Even Shah Rukh responded to her Diwali photos wearing a sari. He questioned her about if she had draped her saree by herself as she posted images on Instagram. She acknowledged that her mother Gauri Khan had assisted her in donning the saree.

Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh will now appear together in Pathaan. John Abraham plays the antagonist in the Siddharth Anand film. On January 25 of the next year, the action movie will be released in theatres all around the world. Shah Rukh will also appear in the action movie Jawan that same year.
