If fresh reports are to be believed, superstar Shah Rukh Khan has started filming his much-talked-about film with acclaimed filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani. Talks about the two planning a film together have been around for more than two years now. It seems the two have indeed teamed up for a film which will mark their maiden collaboration.
A source close to the project informs that Khan kick-started his next with Rajkumar Hirani earlier this week. “SRK started shooting for Rajkumar Hirani’s film on Wednesday. He was shooting for Atlee’s film until last week,” the source said.
Not much else is known about the forthcoming venture at the moment, but if reports are to be believed, it is an immigration drama which is reportedly set in a village in Punjab, and it has been reported that this is where the cast and crew will continue shooting for a few weeks. A major part of the film will also be shot in Budapest and London.
As far as the other cast members are concerned, reports suggest that Taapsee Pannu has been roped in to star alongside SRK in the film.
Apart from headlining the film, SRK is also co-producing via Red Chillies Entertainment.
