Kangana Ranaut, Madhur Bhandarkar, Manoj Bajpayee, and Soni Razdan are among the Bollywood stars who expressed their sorrow and paid a tribute to the late actor-director Satish Kaushik. Satish passed away this morning (March 9, 2023) after suffering a heart attack at the age of 66. Take a look at the tweets below by his fellow actor friends.

Anupam Kher

On Twitter, his friend Anupam Kher verified the information. He wrote. "I know "death is the ultimate truth of this world!" But I never thought in my dreams that I would write this thing about my best friend #SatishKaushik while alive. Such a sudden full stop on a friendship of 45 years!! Life will NEVER be the same without you SATISH! Om Shanti!"

Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut’s tweet read as. “Woke up to this horrible news, he was my biggest cheerleader, a very successful actor and director #SatishKaushik ji personally was also a very kind and genuine man, I loved directing him in Emergency. He will be missed, Om Shanti,” she wrote.

Madhur Bhandarkar

Madhur Bhandarkar wrote, “I am so shocked to hear the demise of actor-director Satish Kaushik ji, who was always vibrant, energetic and full of life, he will be missed immensely by the film fraternity & millions of admires, My deepest condolences to his family members.”

Manoj Bajpayee

Following a tweet about Satish's passing, Manoj Bajpayee responded. As he wrote, "Completely shocked to read this! What a great loss for all of us and his family! Condolences to his family and friends! May you rest in peace Satish Bhai (brother)!"

Soni Razdan

Actress Soni Razdan tweeted in response, "Sad beyond belief at this tragic news." Soni also shared a post and said, "Shocked and heartbroken to hear our contemporary satishkaushik2 is no more. Many of us met him for the first time while we were shooting Mandi. He was a jolly gentle soul always laughing. It’s very hard to believe he’s gone. RIP dear Satish we will miss you terribly."

Farah Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan

Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan reposted a post on her Instagram Stories. She submitted a piece of writing, "Too sudden and too sad..the kindest, happiest man." Actor Arbaaz Khan posted numerous photos with the Kate star on Twitter. In the images, he was joined by his brothers Salman Khan and Sohail Khan. As he wrote, "RIP Satish ji. You will be missed. Om Shanti."

Kareena Kapoor on Instagram Stories, shared a picture of Satish Kaushik and wrote, “Mujhe kuch kehna hai. Milenge Milenge. Extremely Heartbroken Satish ji… thinking of all our times together…Rest in laughter and peace.” Vicky Kaushal wrote on Instagram stories, “Shocked. Saddened. The few times I met Satishji, we've only shared laughs and warmth. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.


RIP.”

Subhash Ghai

Subhash Ghai shared a picture on Instagram also featuring Satish. He wrote, "It’s just heart-shattering news for me that we lost our one best friend #DEAR SATISH - a man who always laughed even in worst crisis and stood by anyone in his crisis “ A great artiste. Greater human being greatest friend I know. He left us so sudden so soon. I m sad. All at whistling_woods muktaartsltd muktaa2cinemas Om shanti."
