Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron (1983)

This critically acclaimed movie, which Kundan Shah directed, was a societal commentary on the government, politics, and media of the nation. Due to its storyline and portrayal by actors like Naseeruddin Shah, Satish Kaushik, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Kapur, and others, this black comedy went on to become legendary in later years.
