Salman Khan rents out his apartment in Bandra for a whopping ₹95,000 per month
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has rented out his apartment in Bandra. The Dabangg (2010) actor owns several properties across the city, including a plus apartment at Shiv Asthan Heights, Bandra West, Mumbai, which he has now given on rent. He will reportedly get a monthly rent of ₹95,000 for the apartment.

Spreading across 758 square feet, the said apartment is located on the 14th floor of Shiv Asthan Heights. Khan lives with his family in Galaxy Apartments, which is also located in Bandra.
A media outlet reports that the agreement for the actor’s apartment was registered on December 6. It states that the tenant has paid a security deposit of ₹2.85 lakh with the agreement indicating a 5% escalation clause in it. “The tenure of the agreement is 33 months, documents showed,” the report adds.
As mentioned above, Salman Khan has several high-profile properties in and around Mumbai. If reports are to be believed, he has also rented out a duplex apartment in Bandra for a price of ₹8.25 lakh a month under Salman Khan Ventures Private Limited. The duplex apartment is situated on the 17th and 18th floors of Maqba Heights.
On the work front, Salman Khan next will be seen in Yash Raj Films’ Tiger 3. The film, which is the third installment of the successful Tiger franchise, also features Katrina Kaif in the lead role. Emraan Hashmi is also playing an important role in it.
