Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani: Karan Johar Releases DELETED Scenes From The Film; Fans React! (Watch Video)
Fans are disappointed that an endearing scene with Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh was cut from ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’. On Thursday, filmmaker Karan Johar shared the clip-on Instagram, leaving fans wanting more. The scene takes place at the Randhawa home and depicts a tender moment between the lead couple.
The scene appears to take place after Rocky's friend's wedding, as everyone mocks Rani's father, played by Tota Roy Chowdhury, who is dancing on stage. While Rocky makes amends with the Chatterjees, he must still seek Rani's forgiveness. So, in the edited sequence, we see him still clothed in his bright green clothing, climbing up to the window of his now-occupied room, which Rani has taken over.

It starts with Rani muttering to herself about how she would quickly get over Rocky if she tried, but then he knocks on the window. He even refers to her as a 'befkoof (fool)' because she believes she heard a knock on the door. But as soon as he walks in, he falls at her feet to apologize. Rani pretends to be harsh for a while, calling him a monkey for clinging to her leg. But he quickly succumbs to his puppy eyes and declarations of 'bhayanak (dangerous) love' for her.
A short clip from this moment was also included in the teaser, however the entire scene was cut from the film to prevent a 3-hour duration. Karan has earlier stated that he was unable to display the song ‘Kudmayi’ as he desired and had to put it into a little box at the end when the credits rolled.
