Ranveer Singh's performance as Rocky Randhawa in the new movie 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' has been praised by both reviewers and moviegoers. During a 'ask me anything' chat on Instagram Stories, Ranveer talked to fans and told them more about different parts of the movie. Since the movie came out on July 28, the actor has been getting a lot of 'love letters' that have moved him deeply.
When a fan asked Ranveer what the best praise he had gotten for 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' was, he said, "Many! There has been so much love for Rocky from so many people. I can't handle it... I'm getting long letters of love. I'm so thankful (emoji of face wiping away tears)."
Ranveer's dance to the Devdas song 'Dola Re Dola' with Tota Roy Choudhary, who plays Alia Bhatt's father Chandon Chatterjee in the movie, has stood out as one of the movie's best parts. When asked about his kathak dance with Tota's character during the Durga Puja scene, a fan said, "Your kathak in the movie was surprising. How long did it take you to learn?" Ranveer said in response, "It took about a month. It was hard for me to show the basic grace of the dance style when I was building muscle at the time!"
