Bollywood romances with larger-than-life characters are a favourite genre of director Karan Johar's. One of his most fruitful partnerships was with Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, the legendary on-screen duo who provided many unforgettable moments in films like ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ and ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’.
Recently, in his song ‘Tum Kya Mile’ from 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani', starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, Johar tried to capture that enchanted relationship.

Now, Karan Johar has spoken about the comparisons that he did not notice before their chemistry in the song was talked about. He did admit about being aware of hair flip moments. However, he also mentioned that Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt’s chemistry cannot be compared to Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s!
He mentioned that it is not possible to live upto Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s chemistry.
