Bhairavi Vaidya, renowned for her appearances in Salman Khan's ‘Chori Chori Chupke Chupke’ and Aishwarya Rai's ‘Taal’, died after fighting illness for several months, according to reports. She died on October 8th, at the age of 67.
Bhairavi, who has been an actress for 45 years, was most recently seen in the TV drama Nima Denzongpa. Surabhi Das, who played the titular heroine in the program, confirmed her co-star's death to India Today, saying, “I am really saddened by the news of her passing away. I shared great times with her on sets.”
CINTAA expressed its condolences on the death of Bhairavi Vaidya (Member since 2005) on October 8, “CINTAA expresses its condolences on the demise of Bhairavi Vaidya (Member since 2005).” Pratik Gandhi, a Gujarati cinema actor, described her as a "affectionate" person with whom he shared the screen in ‘Ventilator.’

Bhairavi worked in the Gujarati film industry in addition to Hindi films and television series. She has also appeared in the television programs ‘Hasratein’ and ‘Mahisagar.’
