Raveena Tandon showers praises on KGF: Chapter 2 co-star Yash

Raveena Tandon is all praises for her KGF: Chapter 2 co-star Yash. The forthcoming film, directed by Prashanth Neel, features the seasoned actress in a negative role, while Yash plays the male lead in the much-anticipated sequel to the 2018 blockbuster KGF: Chapter 1.

Talking to a publication, Tandon shared her experience of sharing screen space with Yash and Sanjay Dutt. “It feels amazing to work with Sanju. We share a superb equation. Yash is really sweet and a gem of a person. He is super talented and a meticulous actor. I had a blast working with him,” the actress told the publication.

When asked about her opinion on the surge of pan-India films in recent times, Tandon said, “Today, cinema is being appreciated across borders. The language doesn’t matter anymore, what matters is the content. Now, fortunately, actors are being offered subjects keeping their maturity and talent in mind.”

KGF: Chapter 2 is scheduled to arrive on 14th April, 2022. Originally made in Kannada, the big-ticket film will also be dubbed and released in such popular Indian languages as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
