She will appear in the Shashank Khaitan-directed and Karan Johar-produced movie with Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani. Apparently, Shanaya has now been awarded another Shashank Khaitan project. Rumor has it that Shanaya has taken Rashmika Mandanna's position in Tiger Shroff's Screw Dheela.

Even before her first project was out, Shanaya Kapoor had had her second project lined up. According to the most recent rumours, the actor will be featured in Screw Dheela romancing Tiger Shroff.
HERE’S WHAT SOURCE REVEALED
A source was quoted by an entertainment website as stating, "Yes, there has been a change in the cast; Shanaya will take Rashmika's place. Even though Shanaya hasn't signed the contract yet, everything is set up such that when the movie starts, Shanaya will play the female lead. When you enquire about the reason for the abrupt shift, the source continues, "Shanaya Kapoor was scheduled to appear in Shashank's other Dharma Productions production, Bedhadak, alongside Lakshya Lalwani and Gurfateh Pirzada. However, for some reason, the production of the movie has been put on hold. While the problems are resolved, Shanaya has relocated to Screw Dheela.
SHANAYA TALKS ABOUT HER BOLLYWOOD DEBUT
Shanaya stated of her upcoming Bollywood debut, "I'm nervous because I want to do my finest work and since this isn't just my first film; it's the first step towards, hopefully, a long and varied career. And happy because I've been working toward achieving a goal of mine since I was a young child. There are a variety of emotions present. It's a really special film for the entire Bedhadak crew, and Gurfateh, Lakshya, and I have worked extremely hard to prepare. I'm incredibly passionate about it! I'm so grateful that I was able to see Bedhadak.”

With Bedhadak, Shanaya Kapoor will make her acting debut. The movie, which was made by Dharmatic Entertainment, will air on Netflix in 2023. Bedhadak has been marketed as a romance drama and also features Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani.
