The collection's release is backed by a campaign in which Adidas Originals takes over a historically significant Opera House setting with a throwback aesthetic. The images, which were captured by Errikos and House of Pixels, disrupt conventional ideas of exclusivity by contrasting traditional surroundings of luxury with Ranveer’s lighthearted antics as he guides viewers through his trip from the green room to the stage.
Every choice Ranveer makes throughout the movie challenges preconceived ideas of exclusivity and luxury. He reframes events that are often privileged with inclusion by hacking them. He upends social norms about clothes, reinstating the streetwear aesthetic in fashion.
