The movie has been chosen to be shown at the International Film Festival of India 2023, which will take place in Goa from November 20–28. The movie will be shown for the first time on November 23 in the "Indian Panorama" category. This is a big deal for the movie and its cast, who were asked by the Indian government to represent the country.
The fact that Radhika Madan, Pooja Bhatt, Shikha Talsania, Nikhil Khurana, and National Award-Winning Director Sudhanshu Saria were at the opening shows how well-known the film is around the world. With the story of an ambitious woman who is having trouble inside because of unresolved trauma, 'Sanaa' dives into the theme of mental health trauma.
"Being chosen to represent the best cinema of the year is no ordinary honor, and the whole team is thrilled," Director Sudhanshu Saria said, thanking the government for the choice. We're looking forward to the premiere at IFFI, which will be the start of our trip in India, and hearing what people have to say.
