Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas celebrate Mahashivratri at their home in Los Angeles

Bollywood celebs, like many other Indians, are participating in the holy celebration of Mahashivratri. They also resorted to social media to wish their followers well. Many people have even posted photos of themselves celebrating the occasion at home. Priyanka Chopra posts a photo of herself worshipping Lord Shiva and conducting puja at her Los Angeles home, staying true to her heritage. Nick Jonas also attends the puja with her.

Recently, the Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004) actress shared a set of pictures on her Instagram story from the Mahashivratri festivities with her family. Tagging Nick Jonas and her cousin Divya in the post, the actress wrote the caption, "Har har Mahadev ! Happy Mahashivratri to everyone celebrating."

In the picture, Priyanka can be seen dressed in a baby pink floral embroidered kurta set from the celebrity designer Pooja Rajpaljaggi whereas Nick is donning a plain white kurta. A glimpse of her and Nick Jonas’s home in Los Angeles can also be seen in the picture. This will also be Priyanka’s first Mahashivratri with her newly born daughter.

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra met at the 2017 Met Gala, when they were both representing designer Ralph Lauren. In 2018, they married at the Umaid Bhawan Palace. In January 2022, they welcomed their first child via surrogacy.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Chopra will be next seen in Farhan Akhtar directorial Jee Le Zaraa. The film is anticipated to be about a road journey with solely female characters. She will be seen alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in the film.
