As the much-anticipated release of 'OMG 2' with famous stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam gets closer, the CBFC has been having trouble certifying the movie. The movie gets into the sensitive topic of sex education, which caused the board to talk about it for a long time and have some worries. In the end, the movie has been given a 'A' grade, which means that only adults should watch it.

During the approval process, the movie went through a big change that stands out. Akshay Kumar was supposed to play Lord Shiva, but his part was changed to that of a messenger of the god. This move has caused a lot of debate, and filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri has spoken out strongly against it. Agnihotri, a member of the CBFC, was honest about how unhappy he was with the way things were going.

Agnihotri complained that the 'A' grade didn't make sense and said that he didn't think the CBFC should exist at all. He was upset that social and religious pressures seemed to be affecting the board's choices. He called the CBFC a weak organisation that gives in to such pressures.

Also, Agnihotri criticised the CBFC for making 27 changes, questioning the board's right to make such creative decisions. He was a strong supporter of free speech and spoke out against banning or boycotting films. He even said that hate speech should be allowed as long as the director is not trying to hurt anyone.

As 'OMG 2' gets ready to go up against 'Gadar 2' at the box office, advance ticket sales have been lukewarm. Both films are still getting a lot of attention, and people are hoping that good reviews and word of mouth will help them do well at the box office.
