There was a time when Shah Rukh Khan would organize Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions on Twitter frequently and reply randomly to many of his fans’ questions with his trademark wit and wry sense of humour. In the last couple of months, the superstar was barely active on social media owing to many of the controversies surrounding his personal life.
However, with the formal announcement of his Yash Raj films produced ‘Pathaan’ happening yesterday, the actor decided to engage with his fans on the micro-blogging site and reply to some of the questions they had in their mind.
Thanking his fans for the love they had showered upon the announcement video, he shared a tweet which read, “"So much love for the announcement. Thank u yrf #SidAnand #Adi TheJohnAbraham deepikapadukone for making me look good. And to thank u all let's do #AskSRK for 10 mins.”
During the Ask Me Anything session, a fan popped the question, “Itne din Kahan gaayab the (where had you disappeared to for so many days)?”. To this, the actor replied, “Khyaalon mein…(in my thoughts)”.

Another fan, using the hashtag #AskSRK, tweeted, “Keha gayab ho dear...Filmo mai aate reho...Khabro mai nahi (where are you, dear? Keep appearing in films and not in news headlines)”. The Twitter user had smartly twisted a dialogue from Salman Khan’s ‘Kick’ (“dil mein aata hun, samajh mein nahin”) to compose this tweet.

Shah Rukh replied to him in a witty manner by tweeting, “Ok next time I will be ‘Khabardaar’ #Pathaan”.
The actor made good on his promise of interacting with his fans for ten minutes. While many lucky fans had their tweet replied to by the superstar, the ones who didn’t get a reply must be looking forward to the next AMA session conducted by Khan.
