The star said that she had been hospitalised because she got dengue, a virus that is becoming more common all over the country. Zareen's post showed how serious her illness was by telling about how she was fighting a high fever and terrible body aches.

Zareen Khan gave her fans an inside look at her health story in an Instagram post. The picture showed her lying on a hospital bed while a clear medical drip was connected to her hand and giving her fluids through an IV. Even though her face wasn't shown, the post had the words "#LifeUpdate," which hinted at the hard times she was going through.
In a later Instagram story, Zareen posted a picture of a glass of juice with the words "#RecoveryMode." The report showed that her health was slowly getting better.
Zareen Khan has been in a number of well-known films, like 'Housefull 2' (2012), 'Hate Story 3' (2015), and '1921' (2018). Her most recent role was in the 2021 movie 'Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele.'
