During filming, he apparently hurt his nose, which caused it to bleed. Sources say that Khan was taken right away to a nearby hospital for quick medical care.

The star was seen with a bandage on his nose after the surgery. Now that he is back in India, he is resting at home. So far, Shah Rukh Khan's spokespeople have not said anything about what happened.
