Actress Neena Gupta is one of the most loved and popular actresses in the Bollywood film industry. She is one of the actresses who have gained popularity, stardom, and recognition in the latter half of her career. She was featured in multiple big Bollywood cinemas this year. She is always vocal about her professional life. She keeps sharing her experiences on the set with her juniors.

Neena Gupta sharing her experience:-

In a recent interview, she recalled the incident where she got abused by the director on the set. She said she had a small role in the films, with only two to three dialogues. One day during the shoot, her dialogue was cut out from the film, and she did not leave any role in the film. Then she approached the director and said she had only two dialogues, which he had also cut down.

She said the director had abused her in front of everyone. Big stars like Vinod Khanna, Juhi Chawla, and others were present. She just went on crying because he abused her in front of everyone. After recalling such an incident, she said that such things do not happen nowadays. She believes that such things do not happen during running time. She is not in the same position right now. No one could dare to abuse her now.

Work in front of an actress:-

Neena was lastly seen in the film, ‘Uunchai.’ The film had Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Parineeti Chopra, and Sarika in titular roles. Sooraj Barjatya directed it under Rajshri Productions. Sooraj, known for directing films like Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, and Hum Saath Saath Hain etc., came back with such films after seven years of the gap.
