After a traditional Haldi Mehendi ceremony that took place in Goa, Mouni Roy finally tied the knot with beau Suraj Nambiar. The wedding ceremony took place today early in the morning at Hilton resort, Goa. The wedding took place as per Malayali rituals and will be followed by another ceremony in the evening according to Bengali rituals.
Mr and Mrs Nambiar looked like magic in their Malayali wedding attires. Mouni slayed a traditional white Kanjeevaram saree with a bright golden-red border accessorising it with heavy traditional wedding jewellery and a white gajra enclosing her bun.
On the other hand, Suraj donned a beige kurta and a traditional white enough of them. Mouni hails from Cooch Behar, West Bengal whereas Suraj is a Dubai based banker and a businessman who comes from a Jain family in Bengaluru.
On the work front, Mouni will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji's mythological drama Brahmastra wherein she'll be sharing screen space with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna Akkineni.
