After successfully playing the role of a criminal in the OTT film, ‘A Thursday’, Yami Gautam is all set to play another new role in her next film, ‘Lost’. As a journalist trying to piece together the story of a missing individual, Yami Gautam is now prepared to thrill you all with another suspenseful performance. On Wednesday, ZEE5 posted the 'Lost' trailer featuring Yami Gautam.

Ishan Bharti, a young theatre activist who is played by Tushar Pandey, mysteriously vanished in the trailer, while Yami portrays a crime reporter looking for answers. Yami speaks about having to decide between doing what is morally correct and upholding the truth early on in the trailer. There is a great deal of danger in front of Yami's character as she works to put the puzzle pieces together. Ishan may be missing or may be running away, according to the police, to whom Yami speaks. Aside from meeting Ishan, Yami also asks Ishan's girlfriend where he is.

Sharing her experience on working in the film, Yami said in an interview, “The fact that the movie is finally being released and that viewers will get to witness a character that is especially dear to my heart makes me happy. It is a tribute to the numerous journalists that go above and beyond in their pursuit of the truth while also balancing their morality and the integrity of the media.”

Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury is the director of the film Lost, which also stars Pankaj Kapur, Rahul Khanna, Neil Bhoopalam, Tushar Pandey, and Pia Bajpiee in major parts. ZEE5 will exclusively premiere LOST on February 16th.
