KJo’s 50th B’day bash: Salman Khan & Abhishek Bachchan shut out naysayers with their camaraderie

Filmmaker Karan Johar's 50th birthday party was the biggest gala event in the tinsel town in a recent while. The bash was attended by all the Bollywood biggies who let their hair down and enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Social media is flooded with pictures from KJo's birthday, which is now as popular and talked-about as any high-profile celeb wedding.

What's even more striking about the bash is the way stars interacted with each other, putting their past equations behind them. One example was the surprising affinity between Salman Khan and Abhishek Bachchan. The duo got along really well and their comradery came as a pleasant surprise to everyone around.

"Abhishek along with Aishwarya entered at night around 12.30 and Salman entered at 1.15. Abhishek spotted Salman and went to greet him. And two walked towards the dance floor. Aishwarya maintained a dignified distance from her former boyfriend Salman Khan and her husband Abhishek Bachchan until they were together," revealed a source who was present at the bash.

Noteworthy, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan made a glamorous couple's entry, having recently returned from Cannes Film Festival.

Salman Khan, who's busy shooting for his upcoming film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, also took out time for Karan Johar's birthday party.
