Shehnaaz Gill, an actor and singer, is very close with Bollywood megastar Salman Khan. Since Shehnaaz's appearance on Bigg Boss 13, they have remained in close contact.
The film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, starring Salman, will mark the debut of the young actress. On Monday, the pair and the rest of the film's cast showed up for the premiere of the trailer. Salman's mood at the event was refreshingly open and honest. He also spoke with his co-stars Shehnaaz, Bhumika Chawla, Pooja Hegde, and Raghav Juyal.
Salman cut in to ask Shehnaaz if she was nervous on the set of the big film, and she said, "Main keh raha hoon move on kar jao." To which, Shehnaaz responded, "Kar gayi." Salman further said, "And Shehnaaz, I want you to move on. Kyuki mujhe aise lag raha hai... And I notice all these things. If I can notice this about me, then I can notice this about all of you also... Actually, I shouldn't say much."

Salman seemed to imply that Shehnaaz's loss of her companion Sidharth Shukla had left her in an emotional bind.
Shehnaaz also spoke about the time she was turned down for a music video at the event.
She expressed gratitude to Salman for casting her in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, saying, "When I had gone to shoot for my first music video, I was rejected. I was told, Ye kaunsi bachchi leke aaye hai, we don't want to shoot with her. Take her back. I came back and cried a lot at home, that I've been rejected. My mom told me why am I crying, one day I would be in a Salman Khan film. Sir gave me a chance and proved that mom's words always come true."
Palak Tiwari, daughter of Shweta Tiwari, also made her Bollywood debut in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, alongside Shehnaaz. On April 21st, the film will be released to the public.
