The release of Phone Bhoot, which also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter in key roles, is now being prepared for by Katrina Kaif. The Gurmmeet Singh-produced horror-comedy is set to open in theatres on November 4 this year. The writers are Jasvinder Singh Bath and Ravi Shankaran. It is made under the Excel Entertainment label, owned by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. In advance of the premiere of Phone Bhoot, Katrina released a "lovely" video on her social media account with Vicky Kaushal, her husband, and co-star in the film.

In the video, Vicky is spooked into waking up by Katrina by playing the "Mein Bhoot hu" sound from Phone Bhoot. Vicky can be seen waking up startled and then drifting back to sleep after hearing the sound. Katrina dragged the video and added the caption: “Biwi ka loving wake up call”

Siddhant and Shweta Bachchan responded to the video by posting laughing emojis in the comments section. Ishaan Khatter, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Katrina Kaif's first joint project are Phone Bhoot.

In addition to Phone Bhoot, Katrina and Salman Khan will collaborate on Tiger 3. Maneesh Sharma, a director, is helming it, and it will debut on Diwali 2023 in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. The Merry Christmas, directed by Sriram Raghavan, starring Vijay Sethupathi, and a superhero film by Ali Abbas Zafar are further projects for the Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara actress.

Vicky will next be seen in the movie Govinda Naam Mera, which stars Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar. In addition, the actor has the untitled Sam Bahadur and Anand Tiwari picture and the untitled Laxman Utekar movie starring Sara Ali Khan.
