Katrina Kaif confesses Vicky Kaushal was never on her radar and says, ‘But when I met him, I was won over’

Along with Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter, Katrina Kaif is scheduled to participate in the tenth episode of Karan Johar's talk show, Koffee with Karan 7. On September 8 at 12 am, it will become available on Disney+ Hotstar exclusively. The first trio of the season, these three ratchet up the heat as they talk about bromance, potential partners, and the idea of suhaag Raat. Katrina ultimately revealed her relationship with Vicky Kaushal throughout the show.

Katrina Kaif confesses to not knowing much about Vicky before she met him

During the episode, she admitted how Vicky was never on her radar. She said, “I did not even know much about him. He was just a name I had heard of but had never associated with. But then, when I met him, I was won over.” The actress also called her relationship unexpected and out of the blue, “It was my destiny and it was really meant to be. There were so many coincidences that at one point all of it just felt so unreal, added Katrina.

Director Zoya Akhtar, whose party Vicky Kaushal and Katrina met, was the first person she admitted to falling for him. In a magnificent destination wedding in Rajasthan, Katrina and Vicky were united in marriage in December of last year. They had never discussed their relationship publicly before getting married. Only close friends and family were invited to the wedding, which was held in a very private setting.

On the professional front

Alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter, Katrina will next be seen in the forthcoming horror comedy Phone Bhoot, which is scheduled to release in theatres on November 4, 2022. Katrina also has Tiger 3 with Salman Khan in addition to this. She will also be seen in Sriram Raghavan’s Merry Christmas opposite Vijay Sethupati and Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa with Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt.
