Let us tell you that Sara is Kareena's step-daughter. Sara was born to Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh in 1995. Kareena is just 15 years elder to Sara Ali Khan.

On being asked if she is ready to play Sara's on-screen mother in a film, she said, "I think I am an actor. I can play (a role in) all ages. So, you never know."
Karan seeked reassurance and asked again, “So, you are open to it?”
Kareena's response was clear and resolute, "I am open to anything that is acting."
