On June 20, the British Parliament will hold a special event to honour the long and successful career of Indian filmmaker Karan Johar for his important achievements to Indian cinema. But Karan Johar is still modest, even though he has won a renowned award. He thinks he hasn't done enough to deserve it.

Karan Johar is spending his annual vacation in London with his twins, Roohi and Yash. He said he didn't want to talk about the event, not because he wants to be humble, but because he thinks he doesn't deserve the honour. He says that Sooraj Barjatya, Raju Hirani, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali are just a few examples of other Indian directors who are more talented and deserve the same kind of attention.

When his world-famous films like ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, and ‘My Name Is Khan’ are brought up, Karan plays them down. He says that even though his films have been successful around the world, he hasn't yet made a name for himself in India as a serious director. This could be because he is busy with other things, such as having a gossipy talk show. Karan Johar is still determined to follow his heart instead of trying to get a "serious" reputation.

Karan thinks about the future and hopes that one day his children will be proud of what he has done. He tells them how much he wants them to be happy knowing that he is their father.

Karan Johar's services to Indian cinema are being recognised by the British Parliament. This is a big deal and will definitely add to his legacy. Karan Johar's modesty shows how dedicated and passionate he is about his work as a director, as well as how much he wants to keep getting better at it.
