Kajol Expands Property Holdings; Purchases Office Space At ‘THIS’ WHOPPING Price In Mumbai (Details Inside)

The office property, located in the Signature Building on Veera Desai Road, Oshiwara, boasts a carpet area of 194.67 sq m. The transaction, concluded on July 28th, saw Kajol purchase the property from Vir Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd for an estimated Rs 7.64 crore.

This new acquisition comes on the heels of Kajol's earlier purchase of an apartment in April, valued at Rs 16.50 crore. The apartment spans 2,493 square feet and includes four designated parking spots. Meanwhile, her spouse, Ajay Devgn, has also made a substantial real estate investment, acquiring five office spaces for a combined sum of Rs 45.09 crore.

Turning to her professional endeavors, Kajol recently appeared in the Netflix anthology ‘Lust Stories 2’ and Disney+ Hotstar's adaptation of the popular Hollywood series ‘The Good Wife’, titled ‘The Trial’. In the latter, Kajol portrays Noyonika Sengupta, a homemaker who resurrects her legal career after her husband's scandal lands him behind bars.

Looking ahead, Kajol's upcoming project is ‘Do Patti’, in which she stars alongside Kriti Sanon. Co-produced by Sanon and Kathha Pictures, the film is penned by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, also known as BOB. Both Kajol and Kriti Sanon play leading roles in this production.
