Kabir Khan may rope in Katrina Kaif or Deepika Padukone opposite Kartik Aaryan in his next
Actor Kartik Aaryan is basking in the success of his latest release Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which successfully ended the dry spell of Hindi films at the box office. Also starring Tabu and Kiara Advani, the horror-comedy has grossed over Rs 250 crore at the box office.
Notably, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has also become Kartik's biggest hit till date, leaving behind his past releases like Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), Luka Chuppi (2019) and Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019).
With a blockbuster to his name, all the big filmmakers are now vying with each other to sign Kartik for their films. And from what we hear now, director Kabir Khan's next film will feature the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor alongside an A-lister actress.
And while the heroine is yet to be finalised, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif are apparently the two actresses being considered for the female part opposite Kartik.
On work front, Kartik Aaryan has an interesting slate of projects lined up. He will next star in a remake of the Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020), titled Shehzada and in Shashanka Ghosh's romantic thriller Freddy.
He has also committed to star in Om Raut's as-yet untitled action film and in the Sajid Nadiadwala-produced romance saga Satyanarayan Ki Katha. Besides, Aaryan will also collaborate with Hansal Mehta in the social drama Captain India, in which he will play an airforce officer.
