Due to the cast change during the past few days, Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zara has been one of the most discussed films on social media. It was learnt that Priyanka Chopra has quit the movie to focus on her Hollywood project Citadel 2.

This left the filmmakers in a scramble at the last minute. A short while later, there were media speculations claiming that Farhan Akhtar had asked Anushka Sharma to replace Priyanka Chopra in the movie.

And now it has come to light that Anushka Sharma has declined to appear in the movie due to scheduling conflicts. Although the filming schedule did not coincide with Anushka's calendar, she was enthusiastic about the notion of a female-led voyage of self-discovery.

Her personal and professional lives must coexist, thus she was unable to give Farhan the requested amount of days. Numerous combined dates with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt exist, but they did not fit with her calendar, according to rumours.

Farhan Akhtar has currently placed Jee Le Zara on total hold since the casting is having trouble coming together. He will initially star in Champion, an Aamir Khan production, before directing Ranveer Singh in Don 3. The release date for the gangster movie was originally set for July 6, but it was postponed to avoid competing with Prabhas' Salaar teaser release.
