Jawan: Shah Rukh Khan's Explosive Actioner Set To SMASH Box Office Records Of Pathaan? (Details Inside)
Since Shah Rukh Khan's hit movie 'Pathaan' came out earlier this year, fans are eagerly waiting for his next movie, 'Jawan.' Just two days ago, the Jawan preview hit the internet, causing a huge commotion and taking over all talks. With its mix of action, drama, and SRK playing bad guys, this big-budget movie has everything it needs to get people to the theatre.

'Pathaan' was a huge success. It broke records and made more than Rs 500 crore in India and about Rs 1000 crore abroad. The question is whether Jawan will do even better. We got in touch with trade expert Akshaye Rathee to find out more.
Rathee pointed out the amazing things about 'Jawan' by saying, "Shah Rukh Khan's appearance alone is huge. It's like a Tamil movie with a Hindi superstar in it. Atlee, a successful Tamil director, is in charge, along with Anirudh Ravichander, a well-known Tamil music director, and Nayanthara, who is known as the 'lady superstar' of Tamil film. Vijay Sethupathi plays the bad guy as well."
All of these things add to the film's huge popularity. Rathee went on to say, "When you put all of these things together, Jawan is likely to do very well not only in Hindi-speaking areas but also in the south of India because of these partnerships."
Rathee mentioned that the marketing plan for Jawan's release all over India should be like the one for 'Pathaan'. He thinks that since the peek was so exciting, the movie won't need a big marketing push. Just putting out a few songs or the final clip would be enough to get a lot of people interested. Rathee said, "This preview is so fast-paced and exciting that I'm sure people would show up in droves even if the movie came out the day after tomorrow. The movie will do well even if no extra effort is put into promoting it."
'Jawan' is an action-packed movie directed by Atlee and starring an ensemble cast that includes Deepika Padukone, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, and Sunil Grover. The movie is planned to come out in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu theatres on September 7, 2023.
