With the release of his most recent action movie, ‘Pathaan’, which went on to become a huge smash, Shah Rukh Khan generated enormous buzz. With the success of ‘Pathaan’, SRK filled the void left by his four-year absence from major motion pictures. After the film's enormous success, fans are impatiently awaiting his next ‘Jawan’. People are eager to be informed about any new information on Atlee's movie. A short while ago, Jawan set videos and photos were released and quickly became popular online. A directive to remove them has now been issued by the High Court.

Soon, a few images and video clips from the SRK movie appeared on social media. On Tuesday, the Delhi High Court prohibited the distribution of the movie's copyrighted content on such platforms as shady websites, cable TV platforms, direct-to-home services (DTH), and even John Doe defendants. The has also ordered the removal of the popular video segments from Atlee's movie on YouTube, Google, Twitter, and Reddit. The HC has even ordered internet service providers to either enable downloads of ‘Jawan’ copyrighted content from websites or to prohibit access to those websites.

After receiving a complaint for copyright infringement from Red Chillies Entertainment Private Limited, Justice C. Hari Shankar issued the ruling. Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan are the proud owners of the renowned production company known as Red Chillies Entertainment. According to the complaint, two unapproved ‘Jawan’ video snippets were posted online. Shah Rukh Khan appeared in a battle scene in one video and a dance number with the movie's lead actress, Nayanthara, in another.

The Delhi High Court expressed further concern regarding the movie, adding that such unlicensed distribution of films and images jeopardises the promotion and might also result in piracy when the movie is launched. Justice S. Shankar added that these videos reveal the actor's appearance and song before they are supposed to be revealed at a specific time.

Atlee Kumar is the director of the action-thriller movie ‘Jawan’. Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi play the key roles in the movie in addition to Shah Rukh Khan. On 2 June 2023, the movie is scheduled to open in theatres.
