Both films were remakes of Tamil and Malayalam films but yet they stood out among the audiences because of the performance by Janhvi Kapoor. The movie, which also has Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa in the key parts, is directed by Mathukutty Xavier. The thriller "Mili," which is billed as a survivor story, is a remake of the 2019 Malayalam film "Helen." The movie, which is purportedly based on real events, follows Janhvi's character Mili as she fights for her life inside a freezer. Mili is now available on the digital platform Netflix.
The actress's next role will be opposite Varun Dhawan in Bawaal which is helmed by Nitesh Tiwari. In the movie Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, she also stars alongside Rajkummar Rao.
