It's been four years since Hawa Hawai girl Sridevi left us. She was one of the most adored actresses of Bollywood who cast a spell on her audience with her performers in blockbusters like Mr. India (1987), Chandni (1989), Khuda Gawah (1992), Chaalbaaz (1989), Lamhe (1991) and many more. Sridevi's daughters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor posted special tributes to their mother on the 4th anniversary of her demise.

Janhvi Kapoor took to her Instagram and penned a heartfelt note remembering her late mother. She shared an adorable picture from her childhood where she can be seen posing with her mother. The mother daughter duo look super cute as they twin in matching denim jumpsuits. Sridevi is seen holding baby Janhvi in her arms. The Dhadak (2018) actress wrote the caption, "I’ve still lived more years with you in my life than without. But I hate that another year has been added to a life without you. I hope we make you proud mumma, because that’s the only thing that keeps us going. Love you forever."

Sridevi's younger daughter Khushi Kapoor also took to her Instagram stories to post a picture with her mom, remembering her.

Sridevi's last movie was MOM (2017), for which she deservedly won the National Film Award for Best Actress in 2018. Her most recent film cameo was in Zero (2018), starring Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, and Katrina Kaif, which was released in 2018. Sridevi was included in a clip that was shot before her demise.

In 1996, Sridevi married the filmmaker Boney Kapoor of the famed Bollywood Royalty, the Kapoor family. They were blessed with two kids, actress Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor.

Janhvi Kapoor debuted in Bollywood in 2018 with Dhadak and has subsequently appeared in a number more films. Khushi went to New York to study acting and hopes to follow in her sister's footsteps as an actor. She is set to feature in Zoya Akhtar's Hindi adaption of The Archies comics.
