Esha Gupta has an impressive physique and frequently treats her fans with steamy pictures. She is known for her work in films such as Jannat 2 (2012), Commando 2 (2017), and Baadshaho (2017), among many others. She is well-known for her fitness and healthy lifestyle, which she credits to her ability to maintain her physical fitness. However, the former Miss India finds it tough to understand people who claim to be body positive but refuse to focus on their fitness.
In a recent interview, she said, "I have a simple formula, I don't want to see myself growing up to a certain age where I am unable to move with my body properly and people are trying to look after me or helping me out. I don't want to do that. I want to be very capable of walking, eating, standing, running and enjoying myself. When I go to foreign countries, I see many aged women enjoying their life without being in proper shape, embracing their loose bodies. They are able to walk without any support and enjoy the joys of life. I want this kind of life.”
She further added, “There is also an issue with a lot of people who don't exercise or work on their bodies at all and talk about body positivity.”
On the work front, Esha Gupta will be next seen in Bobby Deol starrer Ashram 3, set to premiere on June 3 on MX Player.
