BAJIRAO MASTANI - 2015


Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai were chosen by Sanjay Leela Bhansali to star in Bajirao Mastani. But afterwards, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, a famous and beloved Bollywood couple, were cast. causing this movie to become a huge hit. Fun fact: Sanjay started working on this movie in 2003, and it was finally released in 2015 with a fresh cast.

DIL DHADKANE DO - 2015


Zoya Akhtar dreamed of a real-life relationship from the beginning. Even though the entire movie is made up, she makes an effort to make it visually appealing and bring out the familiarity. She considered using Kareena Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor as the brother and sister. Given that they have recognizable looks. However, Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh were cast afterwards. Whatever the case, they did an excellent job with very little.

BAAZIGAR - 1993

SHERSHAAH - 2021


This movie caused a significant media blunder when it was first released, as is widely known. One of them, Aayush Sharma, was passed over since Sidharth Malhotra had already been cast in the movie. Salman Khan personally asked the director to cast his nephew Aayush Sharma, but the director declined since it may have been considered unprofessional to remove an actor who had already begun filming for the part to which he had been cast.

Furthermore, Sidharth visited the Batra family to have a conversation before the movie was directed. After the conversation, the entire family agreed that Sidharth should be cast in the movie, therefore the director was essentially prevented from making an impetuous change because Salman had asked for it.

DIL CHAHTA HAI - 2001


Although the cast for this movie was completely different in Farhan's imagination. Akshaye Khanna, Saif Ali Khan, and Hrithik Roshan made up the bulk of the cast. Aamir Khan's role was to be played by Akshaye Khanna, while Akshaye's role was to be played by Hrithik. However, after Hrithik declined the part, Farhan made contact with Abhishek Bachchan.

But Aamir Khan received it in the end. Both the filmmakers and the actors failed to consider such a cast. Of course, the movie ended up being incredibly good.

DRISHYAM - 2015


Even if some of us first saw this movie thanks to Bollywood and Ajay Devgn's excellent talent. Its original language is Malayalam. Although Mammootty was the original option for the part, he declined and instead recommended Mohanlal. But really, that wasn't a bad move.
